I cook a lot and I always see “fresh black pepper” as an ingredient and I go and grab my pre ground pepper. Well yesterday I bought peppercorns and holy shit. Why did I not try this sooner?! Also you don’t need a pepper grinder if you have a mortar and pestle. (molcajete)
